Un poco sobre mí:

Welcome to Life, Translated! My name is Alison Trujillo. Ever since a childhood family trip to Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula and the southern region of Oaxaca, I’ve been passionate about the Spanish language. Exploring the many cultures that make up the Spanish-speaking world has been the focus of much of my personal and professional life so far. I hold a B.A. in Spanish and Latin American/Iberian Studies and a M.Ed. in International Multicultural Education. I’ve taught Spanish for over 15 years, working with children, youth, and adults in a variety of contexts.

Whether you want inspiration to practice your language skills, are a globe-trotter looking for your next trip idea, or simply an armchair traveler, this is a place to learn about the people and places that make our world a fascinating place.  This blog is for anyone who desires a closer connection with our Spanish-speaking world. Have a look around!

P.S. – I am also an artist and you can see my work here.
